At Ematty, Madeline leads the delivery of resilient infrastructure and advanced technology solutions for public and private sector clients. With deep expertise in systems engineering, sustainable energy, and large scale technology systems, she brings a rigorous, innovation-driven approach to engineering and construction. She holds a PhD in Systems Engineering with a specialization in sustainable energy systems, along with advanced degrees in electrical and electronic engineering. Her career spans both technical and executive leadership, including more than a decade at Dell Technologies working across hardware, software, and complex systems experience that continues to shape Emmaty’s data-driven, engineering-first approach.
Under Madeline’s leadership, Emmaty has transformed from a construction-focused firm into an integrated platform delivering federal and state infrastructure projects, renewable energy solutions, and AI driven technologies. The company supports organizations such as the MBTA and the U.S. Department of Defense while advancing initiatives in robotics, smart infrastructure, energy optimization, and AI enabled analytics through partnerships with IBM, Dell Technologies, Autodesk, and Schneider Electric. A Harvard Business School graduate, Madeline emphasizes values-driven leadership, technical excellence, and long-term impact, with a vision to position Emmaty as a trusted innovation partner at the intersection of infrastructure, energy, and artificial intelligence.

Emmaty began in 2013 with a small team, a strong work ethic, and a vision to build something lasting. Founded by Hector and Madeline and inspired by their children, Matthew and Emily, the name Emmaty reflects the family roots that have been part of the company from the beginning.
What started as a small exterior services business has grown into a multidisciplinary organization serving federal, state, and local government clients. Through continuous learning, strategic growth, and a commitment to excellence, Emmaty has expanded its capabilities across Construction, Engineering, Infrastructure, Energy, and Technology.
Today, Emmaty Inc. operates through two primary service lines: Emmaty Construction and Emmaty Technologies. Together, they combine our construction and engineering expertise with innovative technology solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Emmaty was selected as an awardee for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) SHIELD multiple-award IDIQ contract and NASA SEWP VI. The company also achieved a Top Secret Facility Clearance, further strengthening its ability to support sensitive and mission-critical federal programs.
Emmaty launched its technology division, Emmaty Technologies, and began developing its Autonomous AI Inspection Robot to improve safety, precision, and efficiency in complex environments. we also achieved ISO 9001 and CMMI Level 3, strengthening its commitment to quality, performance, and continuous improvement.
Emmaty earned DCAMM and MassDOT certifications and secured two MBTA projects, expanding its presence in the Massachusetts public sector.
Emmaty was invited to NASA Goddard Space Flight Center to participate in the Green SB Showcase and present its work in sustainable infrastructure and technology.
Emmaty relocated from Milford to its new headquarters in Northborough, Massachusetts, supporting the company’s continued growth and expanding operations.
Emmaty secured its first federal project, marking an important milestone in its growth as a Federal Government Contractor.
Emmaty entered the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program and expanded its federal and state certifications, strengthening its position in government contracting.
Madeline, our CEO was invited to the White House to represent the company during President Barack Obama’s 2015 Hispanic Heritage Month proclamation.
Emmaty expanded beyond exterior cleaning into renovations, siding, roofing, windows, and other construction services, laying the foundation for its future growth.
Founded as Hector Power Cleaning, the company was later renamed Emmaty Inc., inspired by Hector and Madeline’s children, Matthew and Emily.
