Job Responsibilities
- Prepares construction estimates and quantity takeoffs for a variety of projects.
- Reviews drawings and specifications, identifying questions and preparing RFIs when clarification is needed.
- Works closely with subcontractors and suppliers to gather pricing and support accurate project estimates.
Professional Background
- Construction Estimator with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Construction from the National University of Colombia (Medellín Campus).
- Experienced with AutoCAD and Revit for reviewing plans and supporting preconstruction work.
Outside of Work
When she’s not working, Samanta enjoys staying active at the gym, watching movies, and riding motorcycles. Whether it’s exploring city streets or taking on off-road trails, she enjoys discovering new places and spending time outdoors.
