In the field, our crews set frames plumb and square, verify fire ratings and label placement, and adjust closers, hinges and exit devices until each opening operates the way the code and the occupant require.

Hollow Metal Doors & Frames
Welded and knock-down steel frames with flush or vision lite doors, gauged and reinforced for the traffic each opening carries.
Galvannealed and stainless options are available for wash-down, coastal and exterior conditions, with factory primer or finish paint to match the architectural schedule.
Architectural Wood Doors
Solid-core flush and stile-and-rail doors in veneer or laminate, machined to the hardware schedule before they reach the site.
Factory finishing, lite kits and louvers are coordinated with the millwork package so grain, color and edge details stay consistent across the building.
Aluminum Entrances & Storefronts
Narrow, medium and wide stile aluminum doors set in thermally broken storefront framing for main entries and vestibules.
Closers, pivots, panic devices and automatic operators are specified as one assembly so the entrance performs against wind load and daily traffic.
Specialty & Rated Openings
Fire rated, smoke rated, acoustic, lead lined, bullet resistant and blast rated assemblies for healthcare, laboratory, defense and detention work.
Each assembly is supplied as a listed set door, frame, glazing and hardware so the label stays valid after installation.
Finish Hardware
Hinges, locksets, exit devices, closers, stops, seals and thresholds selected against the door schedule and the project keying plan.
We build the hardware schedule, review substitutions and deliver keyed-alike or master-keyed cylinders ready for turnover.
Electrified Hardware & Access Control
Electric strikes, electrified locks, mag locks, card readers, request to exit devices and door position switches integrated with the building security system.
Power supplies, transfer hinges and raceways are coordinated with the electrical contractor during submittal, not discovered in the field.
Code Compliance & Life Safety
Openings are reviewed against NFPA 80, NFPA 101, IBC and ADA requirements for rating, egress, clear width, closing force and hardware height.
We document the review so the authority having jurisdiction and the owner’s inspection team see the same information.
Installation & Field Service
Emmaty crews set frames, hang doors, install hardware and adjust every opening before turnover.
Post occupancy service covers closer adjustment, hardware replacement, rated-door inspection and retrofit of existing openings.
